Welcome home! There’s just nothing quite like being in one place together—we can’t wait to see you! We know that many of you are thrilled to be back worshipping together in our worship services, and you may also have some questions along the way. With heightened concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that your health and safety are highly important to us. Here are a few frequently asked questions to inform you along our journey together.
Our building has been and will continue to be sanitized and cleaned before, between and after each service. We will be spraying seats down within CDC approved solution, propping doors open to avoid handle use and sanitizing bathrooms. Again, this is all with a CDC approved solutions and procedures. There will be a team of parking lot workers, greeters and ushers each wearing face masks serving our church family at a safe distance. They will help guide and instruct you every step of the way. Services will be a contact-free experience. If you are a note-taker, notes will be available on our Cross Church app. Tithes and offerings will also continue to be taken via our Cross Church app and online.
Half of the auditorium chairs have also been removed to create a more spacious seating layout. We will also have guided entrance and exit procedures to help maintain safe distance between families.
Greeters and Ushers will lead you to where you need to go and assist you to your seat.
Following the CDC guidelines, we are asking that if within a week you have had a fever, coughing or sore throat, shortness of breath or have been in contact with anyone who has had COVID 19 over the past 14 days, please continue to attend our Online Campus.
We know this affects many of our doctors, nurses and first responders. We are so thankful for your love and service to our community. We have made numerous upgrades to our Online Campus because we want you to know how valuable each of you are to us and our church family. You matter to us and we wanted to make sure we provided an excellent way for you to be at church during this season. All three of our services 8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am will continue to be live streamed on our Online Campus. We are excited to personally connect and pray with you each Sunday on our Online Campus.
As already mentioned, our Lead Team members will be wearing masks to serve our church family during the Sunday Experiences. Masks are required during our 8:30am service and optional during our 10am & 11am services. As the Scripture models for us, we are often called to do things out of love for others instead of being right or simply declaring our personal rights. Masks may help someone who feels uncertain if they should attend Cross Church become more comfortable during this uncomfortable time. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone – Romans 12:18
Absolutely not! We want you to make the decision that is best for you and your family. We encourage you to ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. As we have said all along, wisdom is not the enemy to faith. We know some of you battle with auto-immune disorders, are in contact with the elderly or have other restrictions. It may be vital for many to stay home. You are not judged or “less than” for not attending an in-person church service. Again, that is why our Online Campus is ready for you so every person can be reached and loved! Every person’s situation is unique.
So let’s continue to be the CHURCH… Cross family! We believe our services will fill up with what seating capacity we can offer at this time and we pray that the Gospel continues to spread through our Online Campus. God is moving! If you are ready and able to come home into the building, remember you cannot come without a reservation so head over to our Cross Church App and reserve your seating. We will see you at both our church campuses on Sunday – in our building and online!

Arrive 20 minutes prior to the service you are attending. Our parking team will guide you to a parking spot where you can wait for instruction to exit your car safely. Our team is working hard to provide the friendly atmosphere you love about Cross while ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
Yes! As we mentioned before, we will be having a contact-free service which means we won’t be serving coffee. However you’re more than welcome to bring your favorite Starbucks drink or home-made smoothie.
To continue with our contact-free service, we will not be handing out paper information guide packets to take notes. We will still have our notes on the Cross Church app that you can open up and take notes directly from your phone or iPad. From the Cross Church App, simply click “Media” then “Message Notes” and choose that day’s notes.
Great question! Our services start at 6:30pm. All of our leaders wear masks while they are serving and students are welcome to wear one also. Our facility is sanitized with CDC approved cleaner. We seat students (unless they are in the same household) 3 seats apart for distancing. When we go into our Tribes (small groups) we spread out to maintain a safe environment.
We totally understand! We live stream every Culture Sunday night experience on our YouTube channel at 6:30pm. We also host Zoom Tribes for High School and Middle School students that can’t be back in person! Every student matters to us! Click HERE to subscribe to our YouTube!
