CROSS Leadership Collective is a nine month internship for 18-24 year olds consisting of core values surrounding three primary focuses:
The total weekly time commitment, will be 20-24 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Each intern is required to be enrolled in a college and/or to have an outside job during their internship.
Our approach to learning is driven by consistency and intentionality and is different from a classroom setting. You’ll find this transformational journey involves a great opportunity for relationship building and lots of interactive and shared learning through our hands-on ministry practicums.
Tuition is $1,700, with a deposit due upon acceptance into the internship. The remaining balance can be paid in full or by choosing from a payment plan option. All books, resources, conferences and workshop expenses are covered in your tuition. *Optional ministry trip additional.

In addition to interns submerging themselves in the consistent culture of Cross Church, every month interns come together for one on one personal reflection and growth and also leadership development through a staff member or key influencer.
Focusing on Hermeneutics, Old testament/New Testament Survey & Pauline Epistles.
Developing culture shaping skills and the ability to be a key influencer.

No! Cross Leadership Collective is designed for believers who desire to lead others spiritually, and sense a calling to grow in their spiritual impact by using biblical leadership principles within their area of influence. This is not about working in a church – it’s about serving in the Kingdom.
A new year will start each August and run for 9 months.
There will be 4-12 interns per year. *Interns are accepted into the program pending class size of a minimum of 4 students.
Yes. $200 will be due after the interview process and once we have called you with acceptance. This will ensure your enrollment has been completed. Your $200 goes towards your tuition.
For 2019, tuition is $1,700. If paid in full before classes begin in August, cost is $1,500. Books and resources, retreat and workshop expenses will be covered.
If you do not pay in full, $750 is due before the first day of classes start in August 2019 and the remainder $750 is due in January 2020.
There is an additional $350 for an out of state ministry trip that is optional. Other additional expenses may include activities you do together as interns outside of the scheduled classes, such as daily lunches or fun events.
You need an ability to get to and from meetings, classes and appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Yes you can. We require you to be enrolled in college online or locally and/or to have a job during your internship.
